Scalding and plucking combined machine
Scalding and plucking combined machine is used to scald and pluck during the processing, direct steam or electric heater heating, water temperature and level is automatically controlled (could be fitted with automatic control device to suit customer requirements). This machine integrates scalding and plucking function together, it adopts in automatic agitation method to scald, both scalding and plucking time can be controlled freely. To suit different poultry sizes, the gap between top and bottom plucking drum can be adjusted freely by screw mechanismto get perfect scalding and plucking performance. It’s an ideal scalding and plucking equipment for small scale poultry processing.
