We recently had the privilege of hosting delegations from Timor-Leste and Nepal, including esteemed government officials. Their visit aimed to inspect the equipment for Timor-Leste's first poultry slaughterhouse project and the first poultry slaughter line for our Nepalese customers. As part of the visit, both delegations were given a detailed tour of one of our long-standing customer's poultry processing factories, which has been successfully utilizing Eruis Equipment for over 20 years. The visit was an excellent opportunity for the delegations to experience firsthand the reliability, efficiency, and quality of our poultry processing solutions, from bird reception to water waste management.
Bird Reception Part: A Smooth Start to the Process
The tour began at the bird reception area, where the delegations observed the seamless operation of our automated shackle line. The process of hanging live birds on the shackles was smooth and efficient, demonstrating the ease of operation that our Eruis Poultry Slaughter Line offers. The Timor-Leste and Nepalese visitors were particularly impressed by the user-friendly design, which allows for quick and secure handling of live poultry, minimizing stress on the birds and ensuring a humane process.
Scalding Part: Precision in Temperature Control
Next, the delegations moved to the scalding section, where our advanced automatic temperature control system was in full display. The Eruis scalding machine ensures consistent water temperature, a critical factor in preparing the birds for plucking. Our guests from Timor-Leste and Nepal were impressed by the precise temperature regulation, which not only improves feather removal efficiency but also enhances the overall quality of the poultry. The ability to maintain optimal scalding conditions with minimal manual intervention stood out as a significant advantage.
Plucking Part: 99.99% Feather Removal Efficiency
The plucking section was another highlight of the tour. The delegations witnessed our Eruis Poultry Plucking Machine in action, achieving an impressive 99.99% feather removal rate. The machine’s performance was a testament to its superior design and engineering, which ensures that each bird is plucked thoroughly without damaging the skin. The Nepalese and Timor-Leste officials were pleased to see that the machine could handle large volumes while maintaining such high standards of quality and efficiency.
Pre-chilling Part: Ensuring Food Safety
As the tour continued, the delegations were introduced to the pre-chilling process, a crucial step in ensuring food safety. The Eruis pre-chilling system efficiently reduces the temperature of the processed poultry, preserving freshness and preventing bacterial growth. The guests were impressed by the system's ability to handle large quantities of poultry while maintaining consistent chilling conditions. This stage of the process reinforced their confidence in Eruis Equipment's commitment to food safety and quality.
Cutting Up Part: Precision in Processing
In the cutting-up section, the delegations observed the precision and flexibility of our processing line. The Eruis cutting equipment allows for the customization of cuts, catering to different market needs. Our visitors from Timor-Leste and Nepal were particularly interested in the machine's ability to handle various types of cuts efficiently, whether into blocks, segments, or strips. The versatility of our equipment impressed the delegations, as it allows for efficient processing tailored to specific customer requirements.
Cold Room: Preserving Quality
The tour then moved to the cold room, where the processed poultry is stored. The delegations were shown how our Eruis cold rooms maintain optimal storage conditions, ensuring the longevity and quality of the poultry products. The Timor-Leste and Nepalese guests were pleased to see that our cold rooms are designed with advanced insulation and temperature control systems, preserving the freshness of the poultry while minimizing energy consumption. The importance of reliable cold storage in maintaining product quality was a key takeaway for our visitors.
Water Waste Management: A Commitment to Sustainability
Finally, the delegations were introduced to our water waste management system, an integral part of our commitment to sustainability. The system effectively filters and recycles water used in the poultry processing line, reducing environmental impact and operational costs. The guests were impressed by the efficiency of the water waste management system, which not only supports environmental responsibility but also enhances the overall efficiency of the processing plant. Our comprehensive approach to water management was highly appreciated by the Timor-Leste and Nepalese delegations, who recognized the value of such systems in their own projects.
The visit by the delegations from Timor-Leste and Nepal was a resounding success. By witnessing the seamless operation of our Eruis Poultry Slaughter Line, cold room, and water waste management system, the delegations left with a deep appreciation for the quality, reliability, and sustainability of our products. This visit not only reinforced their confidence in Eruis Equipment but also marked the beginning of promising partnerships that will support the growth of the poultry industry in both Timor-Leste and Nepal.
