Draft the contract

Deposit payment

30% deposit will be collected in advance.

Documents confirmation

Check the product message of production including material, voltage and so on, and then confirm the manufacturing documents to start producing.

Paying balance payment

Shipment

① We will use export packing materials and deliver the goods on time according to the contract and export standards. We can also act as your agent for shipping by sea. We consider the most economical and safe way of transportation.It is usually transported by ship or land .If the volume is small, it is usually shipped by Express delivery, such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, or air freight.

PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

IQC, Laying-off, Shearing, Bending, Roll bending, Splicing, welding, Parts processing, IPQC, Polishing, QQC, Cleaning, packing.

1. Firstly IQC uses 304 stainless steel test liquid to test the raw material of the products, and stamp the certificate for confirmation.
2. Using CNC Laser cutting machine to laser clip raw material stainless steel plate according to product drawings.
3. Using CNC shearing machine to standardly shear the size of stainless steel plate according to product drawings.
4. Using bending machine to bend and form the standard stainless steel according to product drawing.
5. Using universal rolling machine to roll the stainless steel plate to radian roll shape according to product drawings.
6. Splicing and using 304 stainless steel welding wire, argon arc to weld according to product drawings, welding parameter and requirements.
7. According to the standard of drawings and accuracy requirement , process the parts by CNC lathe, milling machine, and IPQC for test after processing, put into storage for future use after qualified.
8. Using tools to measure the product appearance, thickness, size and point of weld according to quality test drawings. After qualified, do a good job of registration, input semi-finished products qualified area.

9. Polishing the finished product and removing the burr to ensure the smooth and round surface.
10. Ex-factory test and check the parameters to satisfy the quality requirements of customers according to quality test drawings. Post the company logo after qualified, and do a job of ex-factory registration quality report.
11. The finished products are cleaned and packed with winding film to ensure clean surface without any stains. For LCL products, we will pack them with export packing.
