IQC
Firstly IQC uses 304 stainless steel test liquid to test the raw material of the products, and stamp the certificate for confirmation.
Laying-off
Using CNC Laser cutting machine to laser clip raw material stainless steel plate according to product drawings.
Shearing
Using CNC shearing machine to standardly shear the size of stainless steel plate according to product drawings.
Bending
Bending Using bending machine to bend and form the standard stainless steel according to product drawing.
Roll bending
Using universal rolling machine to roll the stainless steel plate to radian roll shape according to product drawings.
Splicing, welding
Splicing and using 304 stainless steel welding wire, argon arc to weld according to product drawings, welding parameter and requirements.
Parts processing
According to the standard of drawings and accuracy requirement , process the parts by CNC lathe, milling machine, and IPQC for test after processing, put into storage for future use after qualified.
IPQC
IPQC Using tools to measure the product appearance, thickness, size and point of weld according to quality test drawings. After qualified, do a good job of registration, input semi-finished products qualified area.
Polishing
Polishing the finished product and removing the burr to ensure the smooth and round surface.
QQC
OQC test and check the parameters to satisfy the quality requirements of customers according to quality test drawings. Post the company logo after qualified, and do a job of ex-factory registration quality report.
Cleaning, packing
The finished products are cleaned and packed with winding film to ensure clean surface without any stains. For LCL products, we will pack them with export packing.
